Carter put my wife and I at ease explaining the interview process and allowing us to ask questions. Carter seemed prepared for our interview by knowing our answers to the questionnaire we filled out. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable talking with Carter. She listened intently and had good follow up questions and we felt she was engaging in our conversation.
